I received a call from the Director of Child Support in Tallahassee today. She notified SK that they will no longer be getting direct deposit of my support payments. They told her that I was informed that since I signed a contract with them that I cannot cancel it.

The director told me that this is all that they can do and that I have to deal with SK myself. Fine with me, the most important thing is to stop them from getting direct deposit or any of the funds that my child is owed.

Cover all the bases and don't let SK intimidate you. Others have done it and have been very successful. Be prepared to have them bombard you with phone calls and letters. IGNORE THEM. Virginia has sued and been successful in getting them out of their hair. Stand your ground everyone.
