Support Kids told me that I would be able to collect back child support from my ex-husband and that was back in the year 2008 its been over 2 years and now going on 3. I have written to them at least once a month and the same old response is that we called the absent parent and left a message on his machine.

I think that support kids i just stalling, at this rate I will never see any money that is owed to me and my children. I have even given them information about the absent father and still nothing.

Beware dont open a case with support kids

Child support has gone federal they now go after  SS disability, unemployment , place of emmployment and the irs. I learned this imformation from a lady that was owed money in back child support they caught up with her ex but they are taking it out if his disability check.
