agreed on 3 monthly payments to total 102.00. First payment came out, but the second two did not. Harassing phone calls began. They even called my work and violated my privacy by telling my coworker the details while I was out of the office on vacation. When I spoke to them about their negligence to automatically withdraw the last two payments, they said the agent that agreed to that was no longer employed there. Well, that's not my problem. They wanted to ruin my vacation by insisting on full payment of the balance and I refused. I told them they would have to go back to the original agreement and take it out in two monthly payments. I spoke to "Michael Cox" who was soooo rude, and his "supervisor" named "David Goldman" wasn't much better, but eventually I got my way. This was a lot of unnecessary fuss about not even 70.00

they called my work AGAIN. They have entered my Visa incorrectly and need me to give them the number again. This time I talked to "Tracy" and when we were getting ready to hang up she had the nerve to ask me if there was anything else she could help me with...excuse me?!

What ever you do don't give them your visa # these agancies will rip you off they cannot be trusted .  If they call again hang up on them or call your phone company about putting a block on thier #s If it says unknown caller have the company imform the caller that you do not take calls from blocked #s. If any collection agancy called me and treated me like that I would hang up on them . If they call again do not answer

I would like to have suggestion I would ask my boss answer the phone and if this agency calls again I would have him or her imform this bill collector to stop harassing you at work you they will have a lawsuit against them for harassment. This is why I refuse to give my work # to bill collectors. 1 even called at my place of employment a few years back . I told him that he had no right to call me at work and harass me about a debt. I even found out that its againt the law for them to call you @ work.

I would also send a stop contact letter certified telling them to stop calling you @ work or you residence by phone and/or mail
