Please beware of working with this Agency if you happen to be turned over to them for collections. They will tell you one thing and then say they said it.
Make sure you have everything in writing, and do not take their word as being honest and true. They will lie to cover each others back, even at the cost of you!
They loose checks and they loose receipts and for some reason, they just can't find them. I feel sorry for anyone that has been turned into this agency they call a business.

These people continually disregard the law regarding the fair debt collections practices act. I'm mildly surprised no one has burned their building down yet. Myrna, the fat bitch who runs the place (or used to, unsure these days) had her husband who worked for the post office, provide addresses of people she was trying to find. This information came directly from an employee working there. Talk about an illegal conflict of interest! I found out later, that after I brought these allegations to light with the Coos Bay post mistress, Myrna's husband was no longer working there. I hope it was because they fired his ragged *&*.
There are law abiding debt collectors and then there is scum like Myrna and Western Mercantile.
Long ago I quit conducting business with companies who utilized WM's services. And I made it clear why I had.
