They are either getting bad information from someone or Qwest is hiring them to do illegal collections.

Also, I've read some had to do with past disputed wireless bills. From what I've come up with, Qwest is not allowed to collect on those. I am not an attorney, but I believe they were ordered by a court to dismiss many wireless bills re: minutes usage, because the company was too irresponsible about limiting the usage.

Qwest is guilty of fraudulant billing, and their still at it today.

This company, who seems to be legitimate somewhat, is doing fraudulant and/or intimidating collections. Unless they seem possibly legitimate, write the company in writing to the address of 404 Brock Dr, Bloomington, IL 61761, or look up their statuatory agent. Make sure to send it certified.
