In short I just want to say that I can also confirm the reports others have made. I also paid the first installment in 2000 by mistake and then caught on there was something wrong. For the past few years they have been calling for the second payment but are never able to provide written authorization from our company. I have also asked them to play the supposed recording back which they are unable to do. I am still trying to get over the phone call I received an hour from this company. Again they cannot prove anything other than receiving verbal authorization from someone in my company. I was desperate to find something on them on the internet and found this site. I'm glad to know that everyone is reporting this company as a fraud. Now I'll be prepared for the next phone call I receive and they won't see another penny from me.
