i have just recieved some infromation ,that i do not know how to handle,so here it is .i just recieved a list of liceansed collection agencies in neb,well,applied bank,is not on the "liceans list",along with several others who,it appears,are also not on the liceans list,that are on my credit report.i spent 3 days finding this list off of the internet,any way i do not know how to handle this,not a clue,and to top it off i have paid some of these people.i guess what is really bothering me is we have to go by the rules,and i have tried to do the correct thing,and they don't
