My husband and I recieved a letter stating that ARA Inc had bought my husband's Chase Bank Acct. and that they were owed over $11,000.00 !  My husband immediately called Chase Bank and they say that he has never owned a Chase Bank Acct. They looked it up by the Acct. # on the letter and by his social sec. # ...  This letter is clearly more of the scam that was happening under this company name back in 2009.
