I recieved a letter this morning from this Lawyer. I have never owed Hurley state bank any money. I ironically lived in New Jersey in 1985-1990 but Bogar is not my name .

I have lived in this same house for many years and never have i gotten anything from these people.
They are telling me i owe $1098.15 but they will gladly settle for $439.26 wow that is one heck of a discount. I pay my debts and i have puuled my report and this is not on there and i will alert the credit bureau of this.

I would like proof i owe this but the is lawyers office wont give me any information. I pray these people that are getting these just dont up and send a check because they are scared. People should require proof,or
libility should be proven.
