Asset Acceptance LLC aa takeing me to court warren, Michigan

asset acceptance takeing me to court...for credit card debt. was $3,000 now almost $8,0000..they are the 2nd credit agency that bought the same cc account. i was paying the other agency but stopped due to job loss. i sent a letter denied everything except said neither deny or agree that i owe all the amount, and agreeed that i did origanally owe bank of america. i went to  pre-trial and said only that i wanted 90 days discovery and bill of particulars..then got paper in the mail for court date in march 2010. and now just got a notice of hearing for january 2010.. says plaintiffs motion to strike answer and for summary disposition . i dont have money and no job and need advise. i was gonna leave out of state and look for job but now i dont know what to do . i have to stay to go to court.. i need any advice or help with this.. i tried numerous times to make a reasonable payment agreement starting with bank of america but no one cares and no one would help me. i dont know what else to do and i have a feeling i am gonna get stuck paying all of it.
