Write them a letter, certified mail, return receipt requested, advising them that this is NOT your debt and they are not to contact you again. Get a recording device for your telephone and if they DO call you again (here's where Caller ID and a fax that logs all phone calls comes in very handy) tell them you are recording all telephone calls for your protection.
If they are threatening you, contact the local police or District Attorney's office and file a complaint. If you do a search for CAMCO on this site you will find other things you can do to protect yourself and how you can hold them liable if they continue to harass you after you tell them not to contact you again.
You can demand a verification of the debt and you might do that just so they know you mean business. If it isn't your debt they won't be able to produce any verification.
