I have an alert and fraud alert on my Equifax credit report which alerts me to changes in my credit report. I have never heard of this company before nor did I authorize them to pull a hard report which requires my consent and lowers the credit score. According to Equifax, the company said I gave them consent to look at my report which is not true.
