Capital One Bank Credit Card Scam Artist Credit card scams Richmond Virginia

Capital One one sold a disputed account with fradulent charges to a Collection Agency "Mann Bracken, LLC". in order to demand over $10,000.00. I had a Capital One Credit Card for well over 10 years. My initial credit limit was 300.oo but over the years it grew to $2,500.00. Its sort of ironic that an account with a 2,500.00 limit would grow to well over 10,000.00. As a result of the late fees, intrest adjustments, and other fees tacked on by Capital One they sold this account to a Collection Agency. Im in the process of trying to have this information corrected in court and by showing the egregious and deliberate FTC violations of both Capital One and Mann Bracken, LLC. If youve had a problem clearing fraudlent charges and differences with both of these companies please let me know.
