I received about 20 calls over two years from "Chase Auto Loans" concerning au Chas auo loan to my former wife from whom I have been divorced since 1998. I ahve now filed a class action lawsuit in federal court in Philadelphia against Chase and their collection agenct, Accounts Receivable Management, Inc. (ARM) concernig their repeated phone calls in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and RICO. I would be interested in hearing from others who have received calls regarding Chase auto loans owed by other people, friends, relatives etc. with similar experiences.

A class action lawsuit requires a large group of people who have suffered a loss. You have suffered no loss and certainly don't have a large group of people or you wouldn't be looking for others. The plaintiffs would be named at the time the suit is filed. An attorney would tell you to keep quiet and not post this nonsense.
