Coast Mitigation, Tom Cramer And "Dean" Coast Mitigation - threats, foul language, scam. Santa Ana California

I received a call from Coast Mitigation calling to collect a credit card debt of my aunt. My elderly aunt was a victim of credit card fraud three years ago. The family has since cleared this matter with the credit company and we have not heard from the collection agency since.

So I became suspicious when Coast Mitigation called. I asked them for details and suddenly the person on the other end of the line went on talking about law suits, went on a barrage of threatening language, used foul language, extremely crass and rude and just kept mentioning about bringing my aunt to court. I had no choice but to hang up.

A minute later he called again and identified himself as Tom Cramer and kept shouting threatening language over the phone. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND CLOSED! I totally agree that they are being ran by a bunch of criminals and scan artists.
