Commercial Investigations solicitaion-scam Van Nuys California

In january 2009 I was contacted by Mike Bucher of CII. I gave them the company name of a debter and within a half-hour was informed that the debter had significant assets from witch the debt could be satisfied.Legal action was their course recomendation. I fed-exed a check in the amount of $3186.00 to FCMS, inc. @ 4607 lakeview canyon rd. ste 587 westlake village,ca. on Jan 28th,2009. Since that time I have been contated several times for more referals yet no positive action on the case they were given. I have been recently contatcted by CII associates with names like "Chan Jackie" and "Joe Stricker", both of whom became very defensive, rude and nearly combative when questioned about their progress. I have requested from both of them to fax copies in writting of their actions and progress to no avail. "Chan Jackie" was requesting an additional $3000.00 to expidite the judgement. Upon receipt of this extra 3000.00 CII would be able to retrieve my debt within 10-15 days. I have not sent them the extra 3000.00 and they have become very short and rude on the phone. I was informed on 5/5/09 that "Chan Jackie" is now in the "Detroit" office. When the company that works for me "The Cliant" is giving me false names and no information on the debtors case, I now belive I have been scammed.
