On February 25, 2004, Creditor Credigy Services Corp. made a fraud over charge for the amount of $5,962.27 to my Discover Card account which was already on collection. Creditor refused to make any correction into the account. Instead, it has been charging interest. All telephone calls and correspondence have been ignored.
