I have recently contacted this compant, their representive hung up on me 3 times. They threatened me and refused to hear what i had to say. I told them that i paid my debt to the orginal creditor. they told me i was lying and that i stillowe $64.00. I told them i have paid this amount 3 times and that i wll not pay them another dime. The lady i spoke to got extremely loud and rude and then hung the phone up. I called back and got the same person and she hung the phone up. Then again I a third time i got hung up on. I told this women that i have shown prove of payment and was told it was taken care of. It has been three years+ before i have heard anything form a collector on this matter. I even asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused. when this company calls they use a private name private number. It makes me feel really suspicious of this company. Please help me.I feel very violated and worried becasue these people have access to my credit report and are repeativley checking my credit.
