This company hounded me in a threatening manner for several months regarding an overdrawn checking account at US Bank. I was finally able to settle on a reduced amount, which I paid.

At the time I paid it, I was promised that they would send a confirmation letter of the payment. 2 months later, I have not received that letter. I try to call, get put on hold, then their phone system hangs up on me with no opportunity to leave a message.
