Diversified Collection Services - NCO Financial Systems Rude and harrassing me and cursed at me, no receipt for payment-Stressful Horsham Pennsylvania

This bill came from an Tmobile bill I was disputing for a small amount of $1200. I was negligant at all, i wrote Tmobile many letters and called manager and got no reponse. Finally one day a got a call from some rude lady and she says I owed and I needed to pay it. She also said in exact words" You dont make sense, why dont you pay your bills, whats wrong with you". I then told her I wouldnt be talked to this way and asked for her to transfer me to someone else.

Next a man got on the phone and was over exaggerating the bill. He kept saying "By midnight it will make your beacon score lower by 100points if I didnt make a payment" By law I have 30days to dispute any debt and he was doing everything against the Fair Act policy. He demanded the least payment he could take was $630 in 1 week post dated and then another payment for $630 or paid in full in 1 week. I explained to him that Foremost, I never recieved a letter from DIversified solutions and I need a reciept for this payment of $630. Secondly I asked for a confirmation #. He didnt have confirmation #. Secondly I never recieved a letter to collect debt in the mail.

Lastly, The biggest illegal and problem- I called because I never recieved the notice to collect debt, I never a reciept, all which he kept saying I would have it. I told him I am not paying anymore funds on this because I never recieved confirmation of payment/reciept NOR the letter of debt from thier company. He threatened me and again and said "Its going on my beacon at midnight" I told him I was disputing this unprofessionalism to TMOBILE and he says " Well pay them your God Damn self" and he hung up
