I have been on short-term disability since August 2009.  I have insurance on my loan to cover unemployment and/or disability.  Since I have been in the hospital, and recovering I've been trying to stay abreast of the paperwork needed by my Claims Manager, for my disability alone.  The paperwork involved is horrendous.

I received this summons on Saturday evening.  I asked if there was anything for me to sign that I had received this summons.  She said no.  Which I thought was very odd. 

I noticed that the "summons" that was delivered to me did NOT have a case number.  The letters were very unprofessional which made me begin to wonder how valid this really was.  I did some research, in my spare time, and found numerous reports on this company and the tactics they use to collect on debts. 

In light of the information I found, I will NOT be dealing with this company.  I will continue to deal with the original company that provided the credit and the insurance company to cover the payments. 

I would suggest everyone else coming in contact with this company to do the same.
