Federal Bond And Collection Ripoff - Liars - Bad Business for least sophisticated consumers Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Federal Bond and Collections is a very big ripoff corporation. Especially one of there reps named Charles Green which is probably a fake name. He made promises that if I paid a collection it would be removed off my credit. Infact he promised it would be removed if I paid now. Since I wasnt sure If he was telling me the truth and worried he would just update my account and not remove it off the credit,I asked for it in writting, he refused, claiming his company doesnt give out faxes. I called back later and was told if I paid he can not remove it off my credit only show it will be updated. CAREFULL when you deal with this company, they will lie just to get you to pay and then you may be stuck with bad credit anyhow. If you deal with this company please file reports to FTC and State attorneys office.
