I pulled my credit report on 12/14/2007 at 10:30am seen a account for 611.14 by Federal Bond and Collection Services date opened 9/2007. I called Federal Bond and Collection Services at (800) 220-2018 on 12/14/2007 at 10:56 A.M. and talked to a woman that did not give her name or read the mini Miranda. asked me how if I would like to take advantage of there discount offer and take care of this. I asked her when this account was opened she said 9/2005 I asked why does it show on my credit report as opened 9/2007. She said that was the date it was charged off. I told her I never had a Bank of America account this is fraud. Updated my address with her and she said that they would send out a paper for me to fill out to take care of this. She asked for my number I told her I do not give my number out and she hung up.
