Federal Bond Collection Services false credit reporting violating fdcpa Hatboro Pennsylvania

i pulled mycredit report to find that fbcs is furnishing complete erroneous info on a tradeline. plus they never called nor sent a dunning letter wich is fdcpa violation plus in california were i live the violated civil law ny not providing me that in 30 days a negitive mark will be placed on your credit reports those two violations are just the tip of the ice berg. they say its for bofa check wich i never had account there. i no its for my father wich we have same name and live i same address .

plus my father has had a bofa account and did have tradelines on his report plus i ordered my check systems plus his to prove this along with his transunion to prove my dispute with eq-ex to show that they are reporting wrong debtor but of course it was verified. not only was the check from 1992 who asset acceptance first called me on 3 months prior to fbcs reporting it but now federal bond has updated the status to feb of 08 "reaging" but they have as install terms 1 month highest balance 92 past due 116 recent balance of 111 wich i did not no checks changed balance like that.

they cant report transunion cause i can prove that its on my fathers when i finally called and got them on recording that they would mark disputed but didnt they took it off ex but placed it back on under fbcs with new date opened + newamounts and switched date of last activity to feb of 08 i no the debt is my dads from 1992 past sol just how do the get away with laws that are clearly broken plus to this day still was never dunned from them i no that after it came off ex report my score jumped 45 points but now reinsertion plus breaking fcra laws with the way its reported it droped score68 points the reason why they are repoting on my credit report is cause my credit is or should say was decent plus i am currently in process of buying home so they no they have leverage the funny thing is i have a dunnin letter from 2006 from nco that is for my father for this same check not to mention proof that this not mine plus jesus christ from 1992
