FederatedFinancial Corporation, Federated Capital, Joan Flees added false information to credit report Ripoff Farmington Hills Michigan

Joan Flees and the company Federated Financial Corporation or Federated Capital Corporation bought a disputed Corporate Business credit card debt from Advanta and tried to add it as personally guaranteed by an ex-employee. Advanta never had this credit card on the employee's credit history. Employee has not worked for the Corporation for over a year. Advanta could not, or would not, prove to the ex-employee that the credit card was ever persoanally guaranteed. Advanta sold the account to Federated. Federated was told by ex-employee that they did not guarantee the credit on behalf of the Corporation. Federated was told to contact ex-employee's attorney. Federated immediately added the debt to ex-employee's credit score as bad debt. Federated increased the amount due on the card and the interest rate. Federated should not be adding false debt to people's credit scores without legal and binding proof. Joan Flees is the person at Federated contacting ex-employee's attorney.
