First Consumers National Bank repeated collection attempts Oaks Pennsylvania

I was contacted by Wolpoff and Abramson regarding this account in November, 2006. This company telephoned and snail mailed me to death, threatening and harassing me about this company. In November, 2007, I wrote to Wolpoff and explained that I researched their company and its' tactics, and ordered them to stop all contact with me. Well, now, I have received snail mail from MCM...for the same debt with First Consumers. I understand that this bank was disolved by the Securities and Trade Commission. These collection agencies have purchased this account for pennies on the dollar, and are attempting to collect a debt for a now defunct business. Where does the harassment end?
