I received a phone call from First IRS at work stating that they were a litigation firm and were getting ready to sue me for deception theft stemming from a payday loan that was outstanding. Yes i do have an outstanding payday loan but i did not write anyone a hot check, as was stated. The lady was very rude and abusive. When i asked to speak to her supervisor i was left on hold perpetually.
