Hi, I have an outstanding bill with Sears and I made arrangement with a law firm of Cohen & Slamowitz to make monthly payment which I have been doing and which is current.

Now I have just discovered that another firm called Forster & Garbus at 631-393-9400 ext 679 has placed a freeze on my account.

I cannot pay the same bill twice and at this rate I will not be able to eat or buy gas since I cannot use my account.

Please look into this for me, I tactually called Forster and informed them of this and tried giving them the name of the lawyer that was already handling this case, but the individual was extremely rude and would not take any information. So I am now trying to get some urgent help from you, let me know, thanks, Windy
