Frederick Hanna & Assos & Captial One filed a judge March 2009 on Captial One debt which was settled, but occurred fees after closed Marietta Georgia

I have a jugde's fax number and phone number court case number against credit card company and agencies. A Capital One account which was settled has become a monster, with the never ending late fees or overlimit fees ( these caused by interested and late fees, membership fees, anunal fees, attorney fees, debt collection fees and others unexplained fees) plus the "debt collect/ Attorneys at Law firms now filed suit after failing to understand the debt is not owed. The "Attorney at Law" I now discovered is being investigated by the State of GA, and The governers office of Consumer affairs. then name look up Frederick Hanna the last action on this case was May 20,2009. Also the Judge Ingram which is asigned this case needs to hear the abuse from this company and Capital One and any/all credit card companies who are conducting uneithic business practices and just plan out breaking the law. (Fair Business Practices Act of 1975). Judge Ingams case number is 08111567-34 number. If a judgement is entered in favor of the (victim) consumer, maybe the credit card companies, debt collectors/ attorney, or any other firm claiming to be collecting a debt will be force to behave. I will be checking back on this site to see if any other things need to be known or questions. We are in the same boat so lets sink their or at least get feet wet.
