Received phone call at work about school loan debt. Called back that night and all they kept saying was they needed my banking information. I will not give this. Everything I tried to tell them, I was called a liar. They kept threating me that they could take 3 or 4 hundred dollars from paycheck. Told me they sent letters out to me, which I never received. I had been paying on school loan with Sallie Mae, ran out of payment coupon,requested more never heard anymore from them. When I told Gc services I was called a liar. My husband tried to talk to them and they got hateful with him. Told him that this was none of his *** business.

The  next time these folks call do not answer the phone if you have call reject or call block use it if you have it on your phone. I would not stand for some one calling me a liar I would of told them to stuff it and hung up on them.

With call block and call reject all you need to do is dial acouple of #s infront of the phone but the phone company can give you more imformation on this,.

I would not give my bank imformation to any collection agency over the phone.

I would call Sallie Mae again and tell them you have this agency harassing you . I would also tell them you need another payment book and please send it out ASAP .
