Great Seneca Financial - Aspire Visa Ripoff trying to get credit card payment that is already paid in full Rockville Maryland

In 1998 I had an Aspire Visa Card. In Jan of 2001 we called the company and asked for a payoff. They told us it was $800.00. We paid in full what they said and i have the cashiers check and the verification the company sent to us saying it was paid.

In 2003 a law firm of Love, Beal, and Nixon of Oklahoma City, OK evidentially put a small claims judgement on me. they have been harrassing me (I dont take their calls and any mail I get from them I send back with "return to sender".

I found out that they had a judgement on me. I was never contacted by the process server and the company never contacted me about the supposed $2100 that i am suppossed to owe them.

The law firm is now trying to get the money that the Great Seneca Financial co says i owe.

If there is a class action lawsuit on this company and/or the law firm, let me know.I am legally blind and I am retired from the state of Oklahoma on Disability. I Know this company is fraudulant and I am not going to pay this bill.
