Howard Lee Schiff Steals your money, endless phone calls internet, Connecticut

I had a credit card with capital one and made payments on time.  at some point i ended up out of work and could not make the payments.  credit insurance helped for a while but it got to the point where i was stuck.  capital one wouldn't work with me and my account ended up at a collection agency. the agency wouldn't work with me either and i couldn't send them money i didn't have so in steps howard lee schiff, who is supposed to be a lawyer.

i ended up at court and was forced to pay $10 a month which i didn't have but the lawyer wouldn't let it go.  some companies will agree to forget the debt if you are totally broke. i didn't have a lot of money but i made payments when i could.  then i started getting 2 or 3 phone calls a day complaining that i couldn't pay them.  phone calls to them got me nowhere. 

one day i was getting ready to go grocery shopping and found that schiff had removed all the money from my checking account, leaving me with nothing.  i never got a letter stating that they were going to do it and it wasn't until a week later that i got a letter from the bank explaining what had happened.

i went back to court to get the money back that they had taken and met 4 other people in the same situation.  it took about a month to get the money back.  i also found out totally by accident that there was a lien on my house that they had put on.

a year later they took my money again.  for a group that calls themselves lawyers they do a lot of illegal, underhanded, rude, and threatening things.  they need to be stopped and a class action needs to be brought against them.  too many people have been hurt by them.  they need to be out of business and they need to return all the money they stole.  i never did get a letter from capital one stating tht my debt was paid and the phone calls continue.
