My husband and I are being harrassed continually from this company with no direct description of what they are wanting.  The harrassament needs to stop immediately or I will be talking to a lawyer.

send a cease communications letter

Send them a cease communications letter certified return receipt but keep a copy of the letter for your self . Do not give them any imformation such as bank account #s. My advise is stay off the phone if you see thier # on your caller ID do not answer it if you have an answering machine let it answer the phone for you when they call.
