this company, which is run by a mr. vikas kapoor also a member of the cfr kept calling me about some one elses debt. i requested a copy of their do not call policy and demanded they do not call me no more according to tcpa of 1991, or i would invoke my private right of action against mr. kapoor and allied interstate. it is a $500.00 penilty for each violation of  the telephone consumer protection act of 1991. after i filed a small claims suit against them and got a judgement lien on them, they were more than willing to pay me and remove my name from their system.
