You did the right thing be refusing to give you bank account # these collection agencies cannot be trusted. If they call back don't answer the phone . If they continue to call and you have caller ID see about putting a block on thier # or if it shows unknown have the phone company imform the caller that you be  do take calls from callers that block thier #s. If you also need to change the # and have it unlisted and no imformation to given on the new #

Sean Fayhe from Attorney JA Cambece called me the other day to try and collect.  I told him I had no idea what he was talking about and that I needed to see something in writing.  He told me it had been mailed the day before and now 3 days later, I still don't have anything. 

He called me and my mother trying to scare her into paying the debt.  I told him if he ever calls my mother again, he would be very sorry as I am going to report him for harassment.  He told me that I owe and need to pay now or they will sue.  I guess in mass they can do that. 

I spoke with Sean's boss, I guess that is what she is, and made a temporary payment arrangement, but I also told her I needed to see something in writing before I would pay anything. 

I am going to fax Sean Buds cease letter telling him I am contacting Chase directly.  Sean has called me at work several times, even though I told him not to and I even gave him my cell #.  He never leaves a message either.
