John Jupin - Jeninne Dash - Johnson & Cohen STOLED CLIENT BASE WHILE UNDER CONTRACT AND DEFAMED OUR BUSINESS TO OUR OWN CUSTOMERS SEBASTIAN Florida

These two individuals worked for a company called Parker Ryan and assoc. a collection agency in Florida which went out of business. They were hired by our firm under a strict contract with non-compete and stole our entire client base quit and opened up another collection agency less than a mile from our office on the same road using our clients while defaming our company by saying " that we were closing and Johnson and Cohen is now going to be handling the customer accounts. They are not licensed or bonded to collect legally in Florida. They went to Delaware to incorporate (every one knows why to inc. in Deleware) With many years of being in business these two individuals managed to destroy the lifes of a few hard workers with families who relied on our company for employment. We were forced to liquidate everything we owned to try to keep the business afloat while Johnson & cohen with only 2 people flurished due to the clients & leads stolen from our company. John Jupin also owed a personal loan to the company in the amount of 5,500.00 secured by a promissory note he never paid but is driving a mercedes and has a large rv. This individual had worked for 5 collection agencies and none of them are still in business. He managed to bury them all. Hide your money... he is out to get it.

We won a civil law suit against them and are now working on a 1/4 million dollar judgment. They offered to settle for $2,000.00 (which was less than just one of their last pay checks.)
