Love Beal & Nixon garnishment with out notice ripoff Oklahoma City Oklahoma

I was contact by this company about a credit card debt I contacted them and they told me they would send me papers about an agreement on this debt which I never received. The next thing I received was a court paper after they had appeared.

Then I was out of work on FMLA and when I returned I found that they had garnished my check I was never given any notification on this or the paperwork to file for expenses. I was told by my employer that I was just out of luck.

I am a single parent that has been out of work for 3 months this year due to illness. I don't know how to go about stopping this garnishment or atleast get it down to where I can feed my daughter.I don't even know who this company they say that they represent is they were suppose to send me that information and I didn't receive it.
