LR CREDIT 10 LLC has filed a false judgement claim against on my credit report. Can't seem to find a phone number for them to even contact them, and the buffalo courts were no help when i tried to contact them to get information about the judgement. I have read similar cases so i know i am not the only one out there with this issue. If anyone out there can help me out I would greatly apperciate it.

Collections agencies do not issue judgments....only a court can do this. By themselves, debt collectors have absolutely no legal power over you. They have no direct power to garnish your wages or freezing your checking accounts..only a court can authorize this and they’d have to go through the court system to do this.
Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act you have the right to request written validation of negative entries on your credit files. Per this law they must validate the item(s) within 30 days or remove them from your credit file. Mail a letter via certified mail with return receipt to all three credit bureaus (Equifax, TransUnion & Experian). Include a photocopy of your driver's license and social security card...If you don't include these, they may write back requesting them, which would slow the process down by several weeks. Simply state in your letter:
Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I do not recognize this alleged judgement from LR CREDIT 10 . I am requesting written validation of alleged judgement. What court issued this alleged judgement?
