Merchants Credit Corporation Merchants Credit Association Fradulent Court Documents- The latest trend by theses bottom dwellers Bellevue, Washington

Received fraudulent court documents in the mail indicating a judgment was place against me and my spouse. I do not have a spouse and they they gave my domestic partner my last name! The document states that the attorney for the plaintiff accessed a military verification website to verify I was not an active member of the military or a dependent of a service member.

Why this person did this I do not know, but the website is for service members only and you need a DOD- Dept. of defense login to access it and in order to get one, you have to be a service member, which this so called "attorney" is not.

The document continues to state that I was served on  a particular date(which I know is a lie, because I know exactly where I was that day) and that I did not appear in the action or served any pleadings, and more than 20 days have elapsed since being served.

The document also states that the actual papers served are included, which they were not. Of course there is the amounts to be paid, then there is a date and get this, a judges signature by a Rubber Stamp!  I know what real court document looks like and while this is resembles one and could foll alot of folks, it does not fool me. Have you ever seen a court order with a business address outside the margins?
