We recently received a phone call from Merchants Credit Guide Company stating they were collecting an overdue debt for Discover. We became suspicious because although we had a Discover card in the past we were not aware of any outstanding debt. Furthermore no such debt appears on our credit report and we had never heard of this company. We continued to ask questions of the caller and requested they send us documentation of the debt. They faxed us a letter which did not look professional. We then decided to google this company and our suspicions were confirmed.

We will Merchants Credit Guide Company stating that we will be filing fraud complaints with both the Washington and Illinois State Attorney Generals offices.

Margret: Please stay after these bottom feeders!!!! Go For Their Throat!!!! Any communication you have with them or the attorney generals offices send VIA regestered mail, receipt requested. Keep good records on your end, I/E copies of everything. Never talk to them on the phone and definately never give them your S.S. number, any bank account or credit card information.

Help take the scum bags down!!!!
