Meyers, Marrocco & Associates Chase, Cohen & Associates, Success Resource Group, Morgan, Chase & Associates, Baxter, Mitchell & Associates all the same company!!!! these people are the biggest scam..they ask you for information to help you collect for that you are owed, you don't give them permission to pursue, then they collect the money and and will not pay YOU Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

I happen to work for Meyers, Morracco and Assoc. and I am sorry that you feel that you got ripped off, but not everyone likes collection agencies. No matter what business you are in, not everyone is going to like you or think that you do the best job around. I have been working in this field for 18 years and yes, I have unfortunately found 2 companies that didn't pay their clients. Needless to say, they are not in business anymore.  The agencies here in Florida are governed by the Banking and Finance Commission which is the same govt. agency that governs all the banks in Florida. If they saw that Rico was  doing wrong and too many complaints against him, they would investigate and probably close him down like they did many others here in Florida. Where there used to be say around 20 of third party business to business collection agencies there are about 3 left with doors open and doing business. They must be doing right if still in business. Before I came to work for the company, I went on the internet and did my own investigation of them and was satisfied enough to go to work for them. I am not an employee, but a contractor and have not found anything so far to make me uncomfortable about working there. Rico is a good fair boss and would bend over to help anybody he can...He pays his clients because he wants repeat business and has built up quite a following in clients. As a matter of fact, he has been hiring a lot of new people and has taken 2 new offices in the bldg. to handle all the business he has. He is one of the companies that is still in business because he does right for his clients. I could go on, but enough said....You are the only one complaining about him and when I checked the BBB, they had only 2 complaints, which is great for a business. So sorry you feel that you got ripped off..your paper was probably uncollectable to start.
