I found out about this dedt when I was refinancing my home. I have call the company in question and requested a proof that I made these charges. This was back in July of 2006 untill today no proof was sent. They call my home and i keep requesting a copy of my statement.

I have also being in contact with an attorney from Midland Credit Mgmt.

Cohen and Slamowitz and requesting a copy of proof that I have made these charges and they also was not able to sent proof of these charges.
