Midland Funding - Cohen And Slamowitz Served me a summons that looks like a fake San Diego California

Ok, back in March I received a summons from Midland Funding who are using Cohen and Slamowitz as their attorney's.

I had spoken to these people numerous times trying to work out an agreement for my credit card debt. They we're rude and very demanding and I was not able to resolve anything. I started doing some research on them because I felt they we're treating me very unfairly. In the meantime I recieved the summons. It has no signatures no court seal or anything just said I needed to answer in 20 days.

I unfortunately ignored it thinking it was a fake. Now I recieved a letter from them advising me that a judgement was entered.

How can a summons not be signed by anyone and still be legal???
