This company in the entire state of ohio is owned and properly registered with the secretary of the state of ohio ( i am the sole owner ) and now this is where you can help yourself and anyone else in this state.

i registered my company name ( MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC ) back in the early part of May 2007 and within 2 weeks of doing so i started recieving a ton of lawsuits informing me that i or someone that is represnting my company                   ( MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC ) is going into these ohio courts and telling them that they owe me money and now or it seems to me that the taking of monies,homes and other values from the people of Ohio have been going on for some time, ( criminal ).

THERE IS A LAW AGAINST WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO YOU, THIS IS CRIMINAL!!!

a company has to be properly registered with the secretary of that state to be allowed to bring any action into the court system, since i am the truly certified owner of this company and i did not give anyone the ok to allow this to happen.

So upset that what we should believe to be true ( that all COURTS are HONORABLE ) IS HOGWASH!!!!, ITS NOT!!  NOW, we have a total of 88 counties in ohio and roughly 235 courts WOW, thats a lot of judges in this state that are allowing these intruders that are using my name ( MIDLAND FUNDING LLC in this elaborate scheme to defraud the people of this great state.

Back in the latter part of 2009 , keep in mind with no attorney because there is no attorney that would take this on because he would then be going against his breathern and  before we even got to second base he would be called in behind closed doors and threatened to stop or they will take his bar license. believe me this is fact therefore i have been trying to do this alone and when you go alone the court system downs you in every way they can cause you have no attorney, anyways i typed up  a ( JUDICIAL NOTICE ) AND SENT THEM BY MAIL TO ALL THE COURTS , THEIR ANSWER = YOU MUST SUBMIT EVERY COURT CASE TO EVERY COURTHOUSE AND WE WILL LOOK AT IT, THEY KNOW THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO DO , INSTEAD THEY ( MEANING EVERY JUDGE ) SOULD ACT HONORABLE AND STOP ALL PROCEEDINGS LIKE I DEMANDED BUT ONCE AGAIN ONE PERSON CANNOT GET THIS DONE AND FORGET GOING TO THE NEWS MEDIA CAUSE THEY TOLD WHAT TO REPORT ON , GOD BLESS THE TELEVISION STATION THAT COULD REPORT THIS BUT THEY CAN'T BECAUSE IT WOULD INVOLVE AND IMPLICATE  EVERY COURT N JUDGE IN THIS STATE, EVEN OUR FEDERAL JUDGES IN THIS CORRUPT STATE.

WANTED : 1 ATTORNEY AND 1 JUDGE TO ACT HONORBLY AND STOP THE RAPING THE OF THE GREAT PEOPLE OF THIS GREAT STATE.
