My husband received notice at work that his wages ($1015.49) will be garnished by a judgement that Midland Funding won against us without our knowledge for an Aspire Visa card we never had.

Does anybody have any idea how we can fight this. After looking online for a contact number for Aspire Visa my heart just sank. There are sooooo many complaints regarding this company and when I researched Midland Funding I just wanted to throw up.

We have 2 special needs children. Our oldest is currently being evaluated for a heart transplant. We live paycheck to paycheck and were currently in the process of purchasing our very first home. All our dreams have now blown up in smoke over unjust people who know how to work the system.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
