After receiving a phone call from a relative stating that someone had been calling their house looking for me regarding collections. After being harassed for several days and being called at late hours of the night they finally gave them my number. When the person called me they left no information about who they were or why they were calling, the only thing I got out of the message was they wanted to hear from me or my representation at this number, 800-443-3012. The only thing that I could understand from the machine was they needed a claim number. Well considering I have NO idea who this company is and who they are trying to collect for, I obviously do not have the information they are looking for, so I hung up. I have never received anything in writing from them and have no intention to respond except for a cease and disist order.

The relative gave me the phone number, the name of the person and a street address, all this information showing up on their caller id. So here it is F. Heenan

I am assuming that this is the collection agent assigned to my account, not that I have any intention of calling this person other than maybe ro harass them in the middle of the night like they did my relative. I would be so kind as to block my number too. I did try to find this number and address online and was not able to find anything so I am wondering if this person called from their own phone and had to unblock their number to call my relative.
