National Credit Acceptance Michael Stahlbeck *Fraud* Accepted Discrimination Practices Rancho Rancho Cordova California

Only three weeks into my job and it was visibly obvious that I was the wrong sex and color to secure a long term position with this ridiculous company. As if the descimination were not visibly clear enough I had my Manager compound the discriminatory practice with her obvious rudeness and otherwise verbal abuse to myself and one other who is of the same female gender and light skin as myself (not the majority in this office for sure).
It seems to be quite a pattern for this Juanita Wheat to be as obnoxious, rude and unprofessional as she can be to those of lighter skin and of the female persuasion. She demonstrates her lack of intelligence by her overwhelming desire and need to be, what she thinks, is in control of a situation when in fact her actions demonstrate quite the opposite. Juanita's actions are quite well known to the management and staff and apparently accepted as normal behavior by NCA and Michael Stahlbeck the CEO and a pretentious self important fraud. Only one day after myself and my fellow associate reported our non-acceptance of being treated in this oh so unprofessional fashion to the HR department, we found ourselves being escorted to the door with our final check in hand. And like so many of the cases I have come across we were offered no reason other than it was a business decision that we be terminated.
I have since discovered many others that have had similar experiences. I now find myself quite accepting of no longer being with NCA. I know now that this company and the unethical characters associated with it are not amongst the names I would like on my resume.
