i decided to check all my credit reports so far went thru 2 put in another dispute .nco at it again.has 1,700 debt for att wireless.never had a wireless phone.they have never contacted me for this one.so i put in dispute and complaint with federal trade commision.it seems this 1 is a different address.interesting.

warning do not talk to these people there is a big alert on californias trade commision page about them and the fines they are getting and how to sue them.well 1 more credit report to go.check all the credit bureus

nco seems to collect different debts to the credit reporting agencies.it has to put up a red flag when everything on my credit report is paying as agreed then pops up nco with 1 or 2 negative.they need to be put out of business

i requested copies of all my credit reports and then after that contacted the consumer trade commision in my state of california telling them my problem with nco.they told me anyone requesting there credit reports and then disputes nco claims because they are old fraudulant.7 years in california.they have to remove them.

well i recieved my first letter from 1 credit report agency yes nco has been deleted from my credit report.and guess what they still call.i hang up on them.anyone having problems with nco.try what i did.and dont talk to them on the phone.thanks to everyone who has responded.i hope everyone gets these rip offs off there back.well now i will be sending off my letter to cease all contact.and then i will sue them if they keep harrasing me ty rebecca
