NCO FINANCIAL SYSTEMS Abusive and Harassing Collection Practices Horsham Pennsylvania

Received a letter in the mail from NCO FINANCIAL SYSTEMS, INC with an address listed in Baltimore MD. According to the letter, I had 30 days from the date of the letter in which to dispute the validity of said debt. Of course, this is the standard verbage; and, I IMMEDIATELY tendered a letter exercising my rights under the FDCPA. Instead of responding to me directly, somehow the company has obtained the phone number of my parents and has called several times looking for. Despite informing the representatives who have called and identified themselves as 'paralegals' that I don't live there, the calls are continuing. They have even gone as far as to tell my mother who has been answering most of the calls, that it is 'important that I call by the end of the day before further action is taken.' My parents have a myriad of health issues and certainly don't need to be harassed by this 'sleazy' agency trying to collect on a debt that is not mine and one that I have no information on.
