This company is one of the worst debt collectors in the business.  They tried to collect a debt from me that was the result of fraud.  I informed them of this, but they still continued their collection tactics.  I had to go to the BBB, FTC, and the AG of PA to get them to comply with the law.  They will never properly validate a debt, I don't think they have ever heard of the FDCPA.  Beware of this company and read the FDCPA before communicating with them.  They are bound to break at least several collection laws in their collection efforts.

Also contact PA Attorney General

AUTHOR: Jen - Eatontown (U.S.A.)

It takes a while for the PA Attorney General to respond.  They were appreciative of the report and have provided an indication they are gathering information to shut them down.

The NCO lawyers responded to the Attorney General inquiry with an account history.  The history admits FDCPA violation such as calling unknown telephone numbers and third party release of information to unkown individuals.
